Job summary

Capgemini UK seeks a Head of Service Management to lead and grow the UK AMS/Run practice, delivering high-quality run and operate services to annuity clients, and to define the UK strategy to expand footprints and strengthen client relationships.

You will embed DevSecOps, product-centric delivery, automation and AI to drive productivity and value, collaborating with global teams and Sales to shape propositions and ensure financial and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AMS/Run in a consulting or technology services organisation.
• Strong governance and delivery excellence.
• Experience with global delivery models and cross-geography collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the UK Service Management strategy and growth.
• Embed AI, automation and DevSecOps into propositions and delivery.
• Own end-to-end delivery across run/operate portfolio with strong client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales to shape pipeline and support pre-sales activities.
• Develop and retain a high-performing UK team with focus on talent development.
