Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United Kingdom is seeking a Cloud Programme Manager to lead complex cloud and infrastructure transformation programmes for enterprise clients, from strategy through delivery and benefits realisation.

You will drive multi‑workstream migrations across AWS, Azure and GCP, own governance, define and measure business value, and lead cross‑functional teams including client, Capgemini, and vendor partners, with a focus on AI-enabled delivery.

Qualifications

• Leads cloud/infrastructure programmes end-to-end.
• Experience with AI/data workloads is highly desirable.
• Strong governance and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead major cloud and infrastructure transformation programmes end-to-end from strategy to benefits realisation.
• Drive multi-workstream migrations across AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Own governance backbone including business case, roadmap, RAID, dependency management and executive reporting.
• Define and track programme benefits with client finance and business stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams including client, Capgemini and vendor partners; leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery.
