Job summary

Capgemini Invent in London is seeking a Service Senior Consultant to join our Cloud Advisory team. You will design and deliver service management capabilities, align with ITIL v4, and drive automation and AI-enabled solutions for clients.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and business development, with opportunities to shape multicloud strategies, SIAM models, and modernisation programs across industries.

Qualifications

• Practical experience designing and implementing Service Management frameworks aligned to ITIL V4, optimising ITSM tooling, defining operating models, and driving automation.
• Comfortable in client-facing roles with expertise in business case generation, commercial processes and business development.
• Proven track record delivering advisory engagements, leading teams, and driving sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enhanced service management capabilities, processes and operating models aligned to ITIL v4, DevOps and Agile.
• Guide clients through modernisation and integration across governance, tooling, and organisation.
• Define roadmaps for cloud transition from on-premise to hybrid/multi-cloud environments, enabling scalable service models.
• Champion an AI-first mindset by embedding automation into service management designs and tooling.
• Contribute to practice development and help grow the business through client proposals and thought leadership.
