Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Senior Solution Director to shape and lead complex ADM Managed Services for UK clients, combining strategy, sales support, and solution design. You will engage senior stakeholders, craft differentiated propositions, and drive multi-faceted bids across AI, cloud, automation, and modernisation domains.

You will collaborate with Market Units and Delivery Leaders to industrialise reusable assets, accelerate deals, and ensure outcomes aligned with client transformation goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to engage and influence CxO-level stakeholders.
• Extensive experience designing and leading complex Managed Service solutions.
• Strong understanding of ADM, AI, Agile, DevOps, Product-Centric Delivery, Cloud and Automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead early-stage client engagement and opportunity shaping discussions.
• Design complex ADM Managed Service solutions across multiple domains including AI and Cloud.
