Job summary

Hiab, part of the Cargotec group, is seeking a Business Controller for the UK market based in Ellsmere, UK. You will partner with Market Services leadership to drive monetization of installed base, improve profitability, and support capital efficiency across Services.

You'll lead margin expansion, pricing discipline, and provide financial insights for contracts, pricing, and acquisitions, while ensuring forecast accuracy and forward-looking analysis across revenue streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in Business Control or Finance Business Partnering.
• Experience in services/recurring revenue preferred.
• Experience with BI tools, data analytics and automation.
• Ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive installed base monetization and capture rate growth.
• Lead margin expansion initiatives and pricing discipline.
• Ensure contract profitability and margin monitoring.
• Provide financial insights for customer and dealer discussions.
• Coordinate working capital and cost-to-serve across Services.
• Deliver forward-looking analysis and forecasting support.
• Support acquisition evaluation and growth initiatives.
• Maintain performance transparency across revenue streams.
