RISCO Group in the UK seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth by acquiring new customers, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence in the UK security market.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, travel across the UK, and collaborate with installers, commercial partners and the marketing team. Following onboarding, accounts are handed to Account Management for ongoing development.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of successful new business sales experience within UK electronic industry.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding new business targets.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and deal closure.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Technical understanding of electronic security solutions - advantage.
• Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
• Fluent English – mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the UK market.
• Generate qualified opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and direct engagement.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Lead commercial negotiations and secure profitable business agreements.
• Establish relationships with decision-makers, influencers and key stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate CRM documentation and forecasting, collaborating with teams.
