Qualifications

• Proven, demonstrable track record in growing sales and exceeding targets.
• Fully adept at lead generation and managing the complete, end-to-end sales cycle.
• Direct experience and a proven sales track record within Construction and/or Security.
• Ability to operate autonomously with strong performance focus and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the customer portfolio and drive sales success against targets.
• Own the sales lifecycle from initial query to aftercare service.
• Act as SPOC, communicating with client organisations at ground and director levels.
• Ensure core customer values are consistently met and exceeded.
