Job summary

CSS Recruitment is supporting a UK Sales Manager role based in Braintree, Essex. The ideal candidate will be local to the area and able to commute to the office.

You will lead small teams, drive B2B direct sales and manage key client relationships across electrical/tools/PPE sectors. Travel may be required to cover markets and clients.

Qualifications

• Leadership of small teams is required.
• 2+ years of B2B direct sales experience sought.
• Experience in electrical/tools/PPE sectors preferred.
• Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office package is essential.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and manage client relationships.

Requirements:

• Business experience / or a business background with profound experience in technical products and appliances.
• Previous leadership experience of small teams.
• At least 2 years of business to business direct sales experience. Within the electrical / tools / PPE sectors are preferable.
• Excellent IT skills across all Microsoft packages.
• Ability to negotiate sales and manage client relationships.
• Thorough understanding of markets, competition and associated products within the scope.
• Willing to travel when required.
