Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B direct sales experience, preferably in electrical/tools/PPE sectors.
• Proven leadership of small teams within a medium-size business.
• Experience in managing key accounts and developing new distributors and wholesalers.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK sales team: conduct interviews, develop skills, manage conflicts, recruit staff.
• Supervise relationships with key accounts and acquire new ones, especially distributors/wholesalers.
• Define development strategies, translate actions, and oversee implementation.
