UK Sales Manager
Vacancy Reference: 47918 ADV KM

*This role is not eligible for UK Visa Sponsorship - the successful applicant will need to have a pre-existing Right to Work in the UK in order to be offered an employment contract.*

Location: Home based with regular travel throughout the UK - the ideal candidate will be based in Lincolnshire/Suffolk/Cambridgeshire area for proximity to growers.

Salary Package: Competitive Salary, Bonus and Company Car.

We are a leading supplier of crop covers to the fruit and vegetable industry throughout the UK and worldwide. With over 30 years of experience in agriculture and vegetable production we offer customers practical advice, quality products and very competitive pricing.

The Job Role:
The UK Sales Manager will drive crop cover sales across the country, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while expanding new business opportunities. This role plays a key part in growing market presence, identifying innovative solutions for customers whilst maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, driving sales growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UK.
Collaborate with HLH agronomists to expand our customer base.
Gather market intelligence to identify trends, and new product opportunities.
Prepare and communicate accurate sales quotes.
Keep customer records updated in SAP and manage sales administration efficiently.
Represent the company at trade shows and events to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.

What We’re Looking For:
Ideally a background in agricultural sales, although not essential.
Proven ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships.
Integrity, reliability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
A self-motivated approach with a proactive sales mindset.
Strong numerical and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
A collaborative team player who shares insights and works effectively with colleagues.
Confident in presenting ideas and solutions to customers.
