Job Title: Sales Executive/ Account Manager for Sustainable & Design Merchandise for promotional and packaging use Design, Fashion, Beauty Packaging & Textiles
Salary: £35,000 + Commission (OTE £50,000£60,000)
Location: Northwest London

We are currently seeking a driven and design-savvy Sales Executive to join an international design and manufacturing company operating which supplies promotional merchandise, reusable packaging, and retail items to brands across the world. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in fashion, graphic design, or textiles to combine their creative knowledge with a dynamic and rewarding sales career.

About the Role

This role involves managing and developing client relationships across the UK, representing an award-winning, sustainably known, well-established brand known for high-quality, ethically produced reusable products (bags, bottles, beauty packaging, apparel, and promotional merchandise) created through low-waste, sustainable principles. You will be responsible for promoting bespoke design-led solutions to both new and existing clients, attending meetings and industry events, and ensuring client satisfaction from initial engagement through to delivery.

You will work closely with internal design and full-scale manufacturing teams to ensure the client's vision is understood and executed with excellence, while also meeting set sales targets, planning budgets, and identifying new client and market opportunities.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM; office-based
Travel across the UK will be required; mainly to London-based clients for in-person pitches and meetings (1-2 times a week)

Key Duties

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in a variety of sectors (fashion, interior design, lifestyle, hotels, beauty, creative agencies, food and beverage, retail, museum and art institutions)
  • Consultative sales and be driven to hit sales targets monthly
  • Understand project briefs, from multiple clients daily and convert them into briefs for artwork mock-ups, and manufacturing, whilst building out a critical path for event-driven timelines
  • Work on existing clients and converting new business opportunities from the UK and international brands
  • Understand logistics and be able to manage projects from design to manufacturing to delivery on an account management basis
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UK
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and pitches
  • Attend trade shows and industry events on behalf of the company
  • Collaborate with internal design and production teams to develop client proposals
  • Support in planning and managing sales budgets to meet revenue goals
  • Monitor financial performance and assist with forecasting
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, particularly in sustainable fashion and textiles

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the promotional merchandise, fashion, licensing, artwork, product design and creative industries
  • Useful to have (but not necessary) Qualifications in Fashion, Graphic Design, Textiles, Drawing, or a related creative field
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Be able to coordinate across time-zones and work with teams in India (design, support, manufacturing, logistics)
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel as needed
  • A genuine passion for design, sustainability, and client service
  • Proficiency in an additional language would be highly advantageous due to the international nature of the business (French, Italian, Spanish, German, Arabic etc)
