The role involves shaping strategy, leading Sales Management, Technical Field Sales and Inside Sales, and partnering with statutory directors from a remote/hybrid base.

The candidate will deliver revenue, margin and EBIT growth, build key customer relationships and own forecasting and commercial performance across the UK market.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree is essential.
• Significant experience in the electronic component market.
• Strong knowledge of the UK electronics market.
• Proven track record leading mid-to-large sales teams with growth.
• Strong commercial acumen across revenue, margin, EBIT and forecasting.
• Experience in technical, solution-led and design-in sales.
• Excellent influencing, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Inspirational, proactive and commercially ambitious leadership style.
