Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Planning Manager for the Flex Planning Team. You will own capacity planning, pricing and engagement for speed programs from day one, ensuring realistic and achievable plans.

You will generate data-driven capacity plans, review performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on resource requirements and implementation strategies. You will dive into data using SQL, Excel, and AI tools to uncover patterns, monitor planning accuracy,

Qualifications

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, VBA)
Strong SQL knowledge and data tooling
Experience collaborating with tech and non-tech teams
Proven program or project management experience
Experience driving process improvement with automation and data analysis
Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and analytics

Responsibilities

Own capacity planning, pricing and DP engagement for speed programs from day one.
Develop data-driven capacity plans and monitor execution gaps to improve forecasts.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on resource requirements and implementation strategies.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and drive continuous improvement.
