Job summary

CLARK'S in Cambridge is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the retail team and driving daily operations. The role blends leadership, customer service, and operational management, with hands-on duties across shifts.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, drive KPI results, and maintain strong communication while navigating a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles preferred.
• Comfortable in driving KPI’s and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
