Job summary

Amazon Eu Sarl (Uk Branch) - D67 is seeking a results-driven Regulatory Compliance professional to coordinate programs around product safety and regulatory compliance across Legal, Compliance and Business teams.

You will partner with multiple stakeholders to identify gaps, manage escalations and present risks with actionable mitigations, leveraging data analytics and lean principles to drive safer customer experiences in the UK and EU.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in compliance, audit or risk management is required.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work across legal, compliance and business teams to drive programs and projects around product safety and compliance.
• Work with stakeholders to identify gaps; propose mitigating actions; manage escalations; anticipate and make trade-offs.
• Clearly communicate goals, responsibilities, issues and status to partners teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Ability to influence across multiple teams and organizations to drive program deliverables and present complex information in a concise manner in written English.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support enforcement on product abuse and safety.
• Run complex data analysis to provide strategy.
• Utilize and improve investigative strategies to prevent risk.
• Investigate complex cases of suspected infringement and provide clear recommendations.
