Job summary

3M is seeking a Senior Product Stewardship & Regulatory Officer to join our UK HQ in Bracknell. You will be the regulatory partner translating requirements into practical guidance for successful commercialisation and lead daily UK/EU product approvals with solid documentation.

You will collaborate across the EMEA Product Stewardship team, monitor regulatory changes, support digital transformation, and prepare compliance declarations and responses for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of EU and UK product compliance requirements.
• Degree in a technical field is required.
• Ability to translate regulatory rules into practical guidance for business teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex product compliance requirements into practical guidance for commercialisation.
• Lead daily compliance tasks for UK and EU product approvals with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on regulatory aspects of 3M products (UK/EU).
• Contribute to digital transformation, improve workflows and data quality in regulatory info management.
• Prepare and maintain product compliance declarations and responses.
