Job summary

JD.com, Inc. is seeking a senior compliance professional to lead non-food product regulatory programs across the UK and EU. You will translate requirements into scalable policies, processes, governance, and technology-enabled solutions to support growth.

You will partner with Product, Legal, Operations and Commercial teams to embed compliance early in decision making, perform risk assessments, strengthen controls, and deliver training to promote a culture of compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operating in a fast-paced non‑food product compliance environment.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
• Proven track record building programmes, processes or technology solutions from the ground up.
• Experience expanding into new markets and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable policies and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement to frameworks as the business expands.
• Provide compliance oversight across the e‑commerce lifecycle.
• Partner with stakeholders to embed compliance in decision making.
• Lead risk assessments and provide regulatory input to initiatives.
• Design governance frameworks, controls and monitoring.
• Identify compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide clear analysis and reporting.
• Deliver training and awareness programs on compliance.
