Job summary

Bodycote plc in the UK is seeking a Regional Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead engineering performance across multiple sites, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient maintenance, asset reliability and standards. You will work with General Managers and site teams to reduce downtime and drive improvements using data.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site engineering leadership in manufacturing or similar.
• Strong mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering background with relevant qualification.
• Health & safety knowledge, IOSH Managing Safely and/or NEBOSH General Certificate preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, resources and external contractors.
• Led teams with data-driven improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering performance across UK sites to reduce downtime and drive reliability.
• Oversee asset reliability, preventative maintenance and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with General Managers and site engineering teams to align on performance improvements.
• Develop and retain engineering talent and foster continuous improvement across locations.
