Bostik is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and maintenance function at our Leicester site. You will report to the Site Manager and drive safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all plant and equipment, leading internal and external resources and delivering capital projects.

This hands-on leadership role requires 5+ years’ UK manufacturing experience, strong people management skills, and a passion for safety, reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years' UK manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering or maintenance teams.
• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Engineering and Maintenance team to achieve objectives.
• Oversee maintenance activities for maximum equipment uptime.
• Develop preventative maintenance programmes.
• Manage CAPEX projects and budgets.
• Drive safety audits and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to meet customer delivery.
