Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Regional Maintenance Engineering Manager for a field-based UK role with travel, ideally based in Midlands, North West or Yorkshire. You will lead a team of engineers, shape maintenance strategy and drive site reliability across multiple sites.

You will manage preventative and predictive maintenance schedules, drive continuous improvement projects, and work closely with the business to support growth of its heat treatment operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Manager or Regional/Area Maintenance Manager in manufacturing environments.
• Background in manufacturing/production (aerospace, automotive, industrial, etc.).
• Experience overseeing preventative maintenance schedules across multiple sites.
• Willingness to travel to sites across the UK.

Regional Maintenance Engineering Manager

£60,000-£66,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance (£450/month) + Pension (Up to 10%) + Life Assurance

Field Based - UK Travel (Flexible UK Location, ideally, based in either North West, Midlands or Yorkshire).
