Code Institute seeks a Regional Partnerships Manager to drive growth and establish the company as a leading player in local education ecosystems across the UK. You will work with FE Colleges, employers, and government bodies to position our courses and achieve business objectives, balancing new business development with account management.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in education, training, or skills sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Experience with procurement and bid management is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the UK FE sector, skills funding, and regional economic development.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with educators, employers, and government bodies.
• Able to travel regularly within the territory.

Aufgaben

• Conduct detailed research on local market trends, skills needs, and economic drivers in the territory.
• Identify and engage with key stakeholders including FE Colleges, Institutes of Technology, and Local Authorities.
• Build partnerships that expand Code Institute's training offerings across regulated qualifications, bootcamps, and short courses.
• Manage relationships with partners to ensure delivery and expansion of product offerings.
• Develop strategic partnerships with Institutes of Technology, Chambers of Commerce, and LEPs to support regional skills agendas.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings to local demand; leverage OFSTED-approved supplier status.
