Interaction Education is recruiting a Regional Partnerships Manager to drive growth across London, the Home Counties and the South East. You will build lasting relationships with schools, trusts and local authorities, managing a regional portfolio and shaping our Primary offering.

In this role you will identify new partnership opportunities, support schools with permanent and temporary recruitment, and become the go-to partner for education leaders, while enjoying hybrid working and uncapped

Qualifications

• Experience within education recruitment.
• Strong relationship-building and commercial skills.
• Enjoys being out with clients and developing partnerships.
• A self-starter who likes autonomy and responsibility.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Developing relationships with schools, trusts and education leaders.
• Growing and managing your own regional portfolio.
• Identifying new partnership opportunities.
• Supporting schools with their permanent and temporary recruitment needs.
• Working closely with candidates from registration through to placement.
• Becoming the go-to contact for schools within your region.
• Helping drive the continued growth of Interaction Education.
