Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely UK payroll processing.
• Manage complex payroll queries end-to-end, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Partner with HR, Finance and other stakeholders to resolve payroll issues.
• Use HRIS and payroll systems to analyse data, investigate discrepancies and improve processes.
• Ensure payroll compliance, reconciliations and robust controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, systems and efficiency.
• Support payroll-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
