Job summary

CloudPay is seeking a motivated UK Payroll Stabilisation Specialist to join our stabilisation team. You will process UK payrolls for multi-national clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while complying with statutory requirements and internal controls.

Collaborate across teams to resolve payroll queries, review input and output data, and uphold CloudPay’s high standards of payroll excellence in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Sound knowledge of UK end-to-end payroll processing and statutory regulations.
  • Strong data accuracy and attention to detail in payroll input/output.
  • Ability to manage multiple payrolls and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Process multiple UK payrolls accurately, on time, and in line with client and statutory requirements.
  • Provide support and help other members of the stabilisation team.
  • Review and validate payroll input and output data to ensure accuracy.
  • Investigate discrepancies and correct payroll errors before final processing.
  • Respond to payroll queries from internal teams and clients via ticketing and email systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing payroll processes and contribute to solution development.
  • Act as a backup to other stabilisation team members during their absence to ensure continuity of service.

What Makes This Role Exciting

CloudPay is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UK Payroll Stabilisation Specialist to join our stabilisation team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing accurate and timely payrolls for a variety of multi-national clients operating in the UK. These payrolls consist of newly onboarded clients that have been through the Implementation process, and clients that require additional support.

You’ll work collaboratively across teams to ensure all data is accurate and delivered on time, resolve queries efficiently, and help maintain CloudPay’s high standards of payroll excellence. Main Responsibilities
  • Process multiple UK payrolls accurately, on time, and in line with client and statutory requirements.

Experience Needed For This Role
  • Sound knowledge of UK end-to-end payroll processing, including statutory regulations and reporting
  • Proficiency with business tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and email platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, timely payrolls
  • Comfortable prioritizing multiple payrolls and managing workload effectively
  • Confident communicator, capable of building relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Previous experience in a payroll bureau environment is beneficial but not essential
