Job summary

CloudPay in the United Kingdom is seeking an Associate UK Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing for multinational clients. You will gain hands-on experience in payroll processing, manual calculations, statutory compliance, and continuous improvement with full training provided.

You will manage your own client payrolls, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with a supportive, growth‑oriented team committed to excellence.

Qualifications

  • Confident working with Microsoft Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent time management and administrative skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Process multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time, and efficiently
  • Provide support to clients on all payroll-related matters to ensure the highest level of service, including acting as a backup covering for holidays or emergencies.
  • Research discrepancies in payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures
  • Reconcile and file required reports for relevant government agencies
  • Review payrolls at the end of each month and seek assistance to make improvements where necessary
  • Be involved in process improvement
