Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UK end-to-end payroll processing and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and email platforms for data and communication.
• Strong organization and time management to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate payroll outputs.
• Comfort prioritizing multiple payrolls and managing workload.
• Clear, professional communication with clients and colleagues.
• Payroll bureau experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process multiple UK payrolls accurately, on time and in line with requirements.
• Provide support to other stabilisation team members.
• Review and validate payroll input and output data for accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and correct errors before final processing.
• Respond to payroll queries via ticketing and email systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and contribute to solutions.
• Act as backup to teammates to ensure continuity of service.
