Job summary

Vistra invites a UK Payroll Associate to own the UK payrolls for a portfolio of international clients within iiPay. You will deliver accurate, compliant payroll services and collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet strict deadlines.

This is a permanent, full-time role with remote work options and occasional office visits, offering scope across the UK, Hungary, Romania and Poland. You will deepen UK statutory knowledge, handle escalations, and drive process improvements for better

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of UK payroll experience.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate and compliant UK payrolls.
• Experience with pension schemes and auto-enrolment.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and compliant UK payroll processing for assigned clients.
• Schedule and manage client payrolls to meet deadlines; escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements to maximise accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, implementation teams and account managers.
• Develop knowledge of UK statutory processes and deadlines; support onboarding of new payrolls.
