Job summary

Portfolio Payroll in the United Kingdom is seeking an International Payroll Specialist to own payroll across multiple regions, including UK monthly payroll and coordination of France, Germany, Poland and APAC. The role is office-based with potential for some WFH after a qualifying period.

Reporting into the finance function, you will build strong vendor relationships, manage internal stakeholders, perform reconciliations, produce reports, post payroll journals, and handle year-end activities

Qualifications

• Must be the sole payroll member and subject matter expert.
• Experience managing UK monthly payroll and coordinating international payrolls.
• Ability to build relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with payroll reconciliations and producing payroll reports.
• Knowledge of year-end activities (PSAs and P11ds).

Responsibilities

• Processing a UK monthly payroll.
• Co-ordinating several international payrolls including France, Germany, Poland and APAC countries.
• Building excellent working relationships with external vendors.
• Demonstrating excellent internal stakeholder management.
• Performing payroll reconciliations.
• Producing payroll related reports.
• Creating and posting payroll journals.
• All year end activities including PSAs and P11ds.
• Resolving all payroll related queries.
