Job summary

Lincoln International is seeking a European Benefits and Payroll Senior Coordinator to orchestrate payroll execution, benefits and pension administration across Europe. You will collaborate with HR, Finance and external providers to ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery in a fast-paced, international environment.

This role focuses on multiple European jurisdictions, requires strong data integrity, confidentiality and a service-oriented approach, and offers an in-office four-days-per-week

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Payroll, HR Administration or related discipline.
• Experience coordinating with outsourced payroll providers across multiple countries.
• Strong IT and systems affinity with payroll/HR platforms.
• Fluent English and good working knowledge of another European language.
• Excellent data integrity and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly payroll data for European offices and liaise with outsourced providers.
• Oversee benefits, pension and insurance administration across Europe.
• Maintain HRIS data quality and support Workday enhancements.
• Ensure payroll, tax and reporting across jurisdictions are accurate and timely.
• Lead and mentor in-house payroll/HR administration team.
