Job summary

Leprino Europe in the UK Finance team seeks a Payroll Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of weekly and monthly UK payrolls across Llangefni, Magheralin and Northwich. You will manage iTrent, ensure accuracy, confidentiality and deadlines, and act as the primary payroll contact.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will partner with Finance, HR and site leadership, drive payroll controls, compliance with PAYE, NI, pensions, and statutory payments, and support managers with payroll

Qualifications

• Experience managing UK payroll end-to-end.
• Experience with PAYE, National Insurance and pensions.
• Payroll reconciliation and reporting experience.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of weekly and monthly UK payrolls for multiple sites.
• Manage payroll processing through iTrent, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
• Oversee time & attendance and salaried payrolls and resolve payroll exceptions.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll, tax, pension and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR and site leadership on payroll inputs.
• Maintain relationship with MHR and coordinate system issue resolution.
• Serve as primary payroll contact for Llangefni, Magheralin and Northwich.
• Support employees and managers with payroll queries and explanations.
• Work with Finance on reconciliations, reporting and controls.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen payroll controls.
