Job summary

Senedd is seeking a Payroll Manager in Cardiff to provide leadership and payroll expertise for the Payroll team. You will ensure accurate and timely payments using the iTrent Payroll/ HR system, oversee processes, and maintain strong controls and audit trails.

• Experience leading payroll function and securing accurate, timely payments.
• Proven ability to maintain audit trails and strong internal controls.
• Experience with multi-payroll environments and complex terms/conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Payroll team (Manager, Supervisor, Team Support).
• Oversee administration and control of four payrolls with different terms and conditions.
• Ensure payments are accurate and timely using iTrent; collaborate with external provider MHR for final runs.
