Job summary

Leprino Europe is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of weekly and monthly UK payrolls across our Llangefni, Magheralin, and Northwich sites. You will act as the primary payroll contact, partner with Finance and HR, and coordinate with our payroll provider to ensure on-time, accurate payments.

You will manage Time & Attendance and salaried payrolls, ensure compliance with UK laws, and build strong relationships across Finance, HR, operations, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK payroll processing from end to end.
• Knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, and statutory payments.
• Experience with Time & Attendance-based and salaried payrolls.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with Finance, HR and site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly and monthly UK payrolls for employees and pensioners across multiple sites.
• Manage payroll through iTrent, ensuring data accuracy and deadlines.
• Review and resolve payroll exceptions for Time & Attendance and salaried payrolls.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll, tax, pension and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR to reflect changes in payroll cycles.
• Liaise with MHR to resolve system and processing issues.
• Provide clear payroll guidance to employees and managers.
• Support payroll-related financial reporting and reconciliations.
