Job summary

KPay Group is seeking a hands-on Product Management Specialist to lead its UK product expansion, adapting the global platform for UK SMEs. You will work with UKHQ teams to translate requirements into clear specs and stories, and ship features addressing local needs.

You will drive QA/UAT, coordinate go-to-market activities, and partner with Compliance to ensure FCA/PCI-DSS/PSD2 compliance. The role is based in London or Manchester and requires a practical, data-driven product mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management for payments/fintech.
• Solid understanding of payments value chain (acquiring, gateways, settlement).
• Able to coordinate launches, bug fixes, and merchant follow-ups.
• Strong communication across engineering, design, sales, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK product expansion and localization for UK SMEs.
• Translate requirements into specs and user stories for engineering and design.
• Plan QA/UAT cycles, coordinate go-to-market and rollout logistics.
• Collaborate with Compliance/Legal to meet FCA, PCI-DSS, PSD2/Open Banking requirements.
