Job summary

KPay Group is expanding its UK product offering and seeks a hands-on Product Associate to own the UK roadmap, localise features for UK SMEs, and drive market launches. You will work with Sales, Operations, Compliance, and the global Product team to convert merchant insights into practical products that solve real problems.

As one of the first PM hires for the UK, you will shape the product from discovery through launch, balancing customer needs with regulatory and operational requirements within

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Product Management experience in payments/fintech.
• Genuine interest in fintech, acquiring and POS ecosystems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across regions/time zones.
• Data-driven prioritisation and decision making.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate concepts clearly.
• Project management skills; plan milestones and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK product roadmap from discovery to launch.
• Discovery of real pain points from UK merchants and turn into features.
• Drive new products and features end-to-end beyond specs.
• Localise global product for UK needs: payments, hardware, language.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship UK‑specific features.
• Plan QA/UAT, coordinate go‑to‑market and post‑launch monitoring.
• Work with Compliance/Legal to meet UK regulatory requirements.
• Analyse usage data and merchant feedback to iterate.
