Job summary

KPay Group in the UK is seeking a hands-on Product Management Specialist to lead our UK product expansion, owning the roadmap from discovery to launch. You will shape what we build, how we localise it, and how we bring it to market for UK SMEs, working with merchants, Sales, Operations, Compliance and the global Product team.

• Experience in product management for payments/fintech environments.
• Ability to translate merchant needs into concrete product requirements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, sales, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK product roadmap from discovery through launch.
• Identify and prioritise real pain points faced by UK merchants and turn them into clear feature ideas.
• Lead new product launches with hands-on involvement across the full lifecycle.
• Localise global product for the UK, including payment methods, language, and workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to translate requirements into specs and user stories.
• Plan QA/UAT, coordinate go-to-market, monitor post-launch adoption and fix issues.
