Job summary

KPay Group in the UK is seeking a hands-on Product Associate to lead the UK product expansion and build our offering from the ground up. You will own what we build, how we localise it, and how we bring it to market, working with merchants, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and the global Product team to deliver real solutions for UK SMEs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Product Management experience in payments/POS domains.
• Hands-on in online/offline payments and/or POS systems.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across regions/time zones.
• Data-driven prioritisation and clear stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK product roadmap from discovery to launch.
• Lead feature discovery from merchant feedback to clear specs.
• Drive new product launches across the full lifecycle.
• Localise the product for UK-specific needs.
• Coordinate with engineering and design to translate requirements into specs.
• Plan QA/UAT, go-to-market, and post-launch monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with UK regulatory requirements (FCA, PCI-DSS, PSD2).
• Act as the voice of the UK market within the global product organisation.
