Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an Order Management Specialist for the UK, based in Buckinghamshire with onsite duties at Little Chalfont/Amersham. The role focuses on delivering seamless order processing and proactive customer support to distributors and customers.

You will build strong relationships, manage order entries, handle backlogs and shipments, and ensure timely revenue collection while collaborating across teams and systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize workload.
• MS Office skills and comfortable with different systems.
• Strong problem solving, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Experience in client/customer service in busy environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Follow shipment and installation to ensure revenue collection occurs on time.
