Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Solution Architect to provide technical solution leadership for complex Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, with a focus on UK Payroll. This 6-month hybrid contract starts ASAP in the UK.

You will guide delivery teams through cross-module integrations, drive end-to-end solution design, mentor consultants, and ensure compliant payroll processing and validation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with UK Payroll.
• Proven leadership in complex Oracle HCM programmes.
• Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations, ensuring alignment with UK payroll legislation and business requirements.
• Provide technical and functional solution leadership across Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, OTL and Workforce Scheduling.
• Guide and mentor payroll consultants and delivery teams, providing architectural oversight and ensuring high-quality solution delivery.
• Facilitate workshops translating client requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
