Job summary

Doist is seeking an on-site associate in Fife to identify suitable candidates for industrial clients, conduct interviews, and manage client requirements, payroll-related tasks, and compliance. You will support recruitment activities and ensure timely, accurate administration.

Ideal candidates will have strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work to deadlines. Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and onsite collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Identify suitable candidates for current and prospective clients (Industrial).
  • Conduct interviews and inductions.
  • Clarify client requirements (job descriptions, hours, pay rates).
  • Assist in administrative duties including payroll-related processes for Flexi Workers.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and escalate concerns.
  • Conform to statutory employment and contractual legislation.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of workers and client requirements.
  • Ensure candidate and client documentation is complete for payments and invoicing.
  • Attend promotional events outside normal hours if necessary.
  • Verify legal right to work in the U.K. and advise on requirements.
  • Maintain ISO procedures to ensure quality audit results.
  • Carry out additional duties as reasonably expected.

Job and Talent is currently recruiting for an on-site associate at our client’s in Fife

To be successful in your application key skills will include:

  • Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to think and react quickly to customer needs
  • Ability to speak to people at different levels with confidence
  • Time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Commitment to a flexible approach to the working day
  • Good knowledge of MS office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Previous experience in managing high volume recruitment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • To identify suitable candidates for current and prospective (Industrial) clients
  • Conduct interviews and inductions
  • To clearly establish and understand the clients requirements e.g. job description, hours of work, rates of pay
  • To assist in the smooth running of all Administration duties, inclusive of prompt delivery of Time Management & Attendance methods to facilitate Payroll of all Flexi Workers.
  • Ensure that all clients and workers comply with Health and Safety legislation and promptly refer any concerns to the branch manager.
  • To conform to all statutory employment and contractual legislation.
  • To ensure that all records of workers and customer requirements are current and up-to-date.
  • To ensure all administrative requirements are satisfied to ensure candidates are paid correctly and promptly, AND customers are invoiced promptly and correctly.
  • To attend promotional events, outside of normal working hours if necessary
  • To ensure all applicants have provided acceptable details of their legal right to work in the U.K and assist or offer advise of requirement
  • Maintaining quality and ISO procedures in line with Standard Operating Procedures to ensure effective, positive quality audit results
  • To carry out any additional duties that may be reasonably expected to perform
