Job summary

Job & Talent is recruiting for an on-site associate at our client's in Fife. You will identify suitable candidates, conduct interviews and reference checks, and help clarify client requirements such as job descriptions, hours, and pay rates.

Responsibilities include administering time and attendance for payroll, ensuring Health & Safety compliance, and maintaining records. The role requires flexible hours and strong communication, with eligibility to work in the U.K.

Qualifications

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external customers.

  • Strong verbal and written communications.
  • Able to speak to people at different levels with confidence.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage time.
  • Previous experience in high-volume recruitment would be advantageous.
  • Flexible approach to the working day.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Identify suitable candidates for current and prospective (Industrial) clients
  • Conduct interviews and inductions
  • Clearly establish and understand the clients requirements e.g. job description, hours of work, rates of pay
  • Assist in the smooth running of all Administration duties, inclusive of prompt delivery of Time Management & Attendance methods to facilitate Payroll of all Flexi Workers.
  • Ensure that all clients and workers comply with Health and Safety legislation and promptly refer any concerns to the branch manager.
  • Conform to all statutory employment and contractual legislation.
  • Ensure that all records of workers and customer requirements are current and up-to-date.
  • Ensure all administrative requirements are satisfied to ensure candidates are paid correctly and promptly, AND customers are invoiced promptly and correctly.
  • Attend promotional events, outside of normal working hours if necessary
  • Ensure all applicants have provided acceptable details of their legal right to work in the U.K and assist or offer advise of requirement
  • Maintaining quality and ISO procedures in line with Standard Operating Procedures to ensure effective, positive quality audit results
  • Carry out any additional duties that may be reasonably expected to perform

Previous experience in managing high volume recruitment would be advantageous.
