Job summary

Winner Recruitment is seeking a Multi-Site Recruitment Resourcer to support key client sites across Winwick, Bolton, Sheffield and Tyneside. The role focuses on recruitment delivery, compliance and onboarding, ensuring a steady pipeline of compliant workers and smooth onboarding processes.

You will work across multiple locations with remote working flexibility, travel as required (2-3 days per week), and manage end-to-end recruitment activities including screening, registrations and records in

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or high-volume hiring.
• Strong understanding of compliance and onboarding processes.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse and driving roles across multiple sites.
• Source, screen and register candidates per client requirements.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet volume demands.
• Ensure candidates are fully compliant (Right to Work, ID checks, references).
• Coordinate inductions and onboarding for new starters.
• Prepare and issue registration packs and onboarding documents.
• Maintain records on ATS/compliance systems.
• Liaise with clients to understand recruitment needs and volumes.
• Ensure workers are cleared and ready to start on time.
• Support recruitment administration and candidate communication.

Locations: Bolton, Sheffield, Winwick, & Tyneside (with remote working flexibility)

Salary:From £25,500
Hours:Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 18:00 or 09:00 to 17:00

About the Role

This role is focused purely onrecruitment delivery, compliance, and onboarding, ensuring a consistent pipeline of fully compliant workers ready to meet client demand. You will work bothremotely and on-siteas required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manageend-to-end recruitmentfor warehouse and driving roles across multiple sites
• Source, screen and register candidates in line with client requirements
• Maintain a strong and consistentcandidate pipelineto meet volume demands
• Ensure all candidates arefully compliant(Right to Work, ID checks, references where applicable)
• Coordinate and deliverinductions and onboardingfor new starters
• Prepare and issueregistration packs and onboarding documentation
• Maintain accurate records on internal systems (ATS/compliance systems)
• Liaise with clients to understandrecruitment needs and volumes
• Ensure all workers arecleared and ready to start assignments on time
• Support with general recruitment administration and candidate communication

Travel & Flexibility

• Travel acrossWinwick, Bolton, Sheffield and Tyneside as required (typically 2-3 days per week)
• Flexibility to work remotely when appropriate
• Mileage reimbursed outside of primary location

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
• Previous experience inrecruitment or high-volume hiring
• Strong understanding ofcompliance and onboarding processes(RTW, ID checks, etc.)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and candidate management skills
• Ability to work in afast-paced, high-volume environment
• Good IT skills (MS Office; ATS experience desirable)
• Proactive and reliable with a strong attention to detail
