Job summary

Doist is seeking an On-Site Manager to drive operational delivery and growth at one of our Global Clients in the United Kingdom. The role manages day-to-day site operations, leads a responsive onsite team, and ensures client satisfaction.

You will handle payroll closings, staffing needs, onboarding, and ensure compliance with policies while meeting KPI SLAs. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the site.
• Lead a responsive onsite team and coordinate with client operations or HR.
• Oversee recruitment activities and onboarding for new staff.
• Prepare Management Information and run weekly client meetings.
• Close payroll weekly and handle client cost reports and PO numbers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal rules.
• Monitor systems to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Drive team performance against KPI and site SLAs.

The Position

We are looking for an On-Site Manager who will be in charge of the operational delivery success and growth of one of our job&talent Global Clients.

• Shift pattern: Mon-Fri
• Salary (per hour if temp/annual salary if perm): £30,000
• Location (post code): PE13 2RD

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day Management of the site
• Lead and maintain a responsive working team and service to the site, ensuring that the onsite team are aware of the short-term and long-term needs of the site
• Oversee site recruitment activities and working closely with site management on staffing level needs and the new starter on-boarding process
• Collate and prepare Management Information and conduct effective Weekly Meetings with client Operations Managers and / or HR teams
• Responsible for weekly closure of payroll, adjustments, holiday pay, distribution of client cost reports and obtaining PO numbers for effective invoicing
• Lead the onsite team to comply with Company Policies and internal compliance requirements at all times
• Effective management of the onsite team through the monitoring of company systems to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Responsible for team performance against quality targets (KPI’s & site-specific SLA’s)
