Job summary

Dash0 is hiring a Commercial Solutions Engineer in the UK to bridge product and customer outcomes, designing, demonstrating, and validating observability capabilities with OpenTelemetry and cloud-native tech for real-world deployments.

You'll work with Sales and Product to craft compelling POCs, deliver demos for engineers and executives, and share technical insights that influence the roadmap. This role can be based anywhere in the UK and offers a remote-first, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and observability pipelines.
• Hands-on instrumentation and telemetry data ingestion experience.
• Strong DevOps and SRE practices.
• Excellent communication to explain concepts to engineers and decision-makers.
• Ability to design demos, architectures, and POCs that show business value.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry and cloud-native tech.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and execute POCs demonstrating Dash0 capabilities.
• Deliver technical demos and presentations for engineering and executives.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to position Dash0 as the technical solution of choice.
• Provide architecture guidance for observability setup and telemetry modeling.
• Create reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates.
• Partner with Product Management to inform roadmap and feature priorities.
