Job summary

Dash0 is recruiting an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor for our largest customers. Based anywhere in the UK, you will design, demonstrate and validate Dash0’s observability platform, bridging product and customer outcomes across pre- and post-sales.

Your work will span Proofs of Concept, architecture discussions, and high-impact technical delivery. You’ll collaborate with sales and product teams, delivering tailored demos and reference architectures while

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.
• Hands-on instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect observability solutions leveraging OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
• Translate complex enterprise requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and execute Proofs of Concept (POCs) to showcase technical capabilities.
• Deliver engaging technical demos and presentations for engineers and executives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to position Dash0 as the technical solution of choice.
• Provide architecture guidance and best practices for observability setup and data modeling.
• Create reusable demos, reference architectures, and POC templates.
• Provide technical insights to influence product roadmap and priorities.
