Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Senior Sales Manager, Third Party in the UK to oversee and optimise leasing for third-party Multifamily assets. The role focuses on occupancy, rental income and resident experience through data-driven strategies and strong team leadership.

The successful candidate will lead a centralised leasing function, drive automation and omnichannel strategies, and grow a high-performing team across London or Manchester.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' progressive experience in residential leasing.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
• Experience managing leasing operations for third-party owned assets.
• Experience building or scaling a centralised sales/leasing function.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK residential real estate market.
• Strong understanding of leasing technologies and automation/omnichannel tools.
• Proven track record of achieving leasing targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale centralized leasing function for third-party assets.
• Oversee marketing, lead generation, prospect management, lease negotiations and resident onboarding to meet KPIs.
• Recruit, coach and develop leasing professionals and the wider central sales team.
• Forecast and manage resourcing levels to control costs while maintaining customer experience.
• Analyse market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with asset managers, property managers and marketing to align leasing objectives.
• Maintain relationships with third-party asset owners and provide market updates.
• Develop and manage leasing budgets and resource allocations.
• Prepare reports on leasing performance and market conditions for senior management.
