Job summary

Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, seeks a Senior Data & AI Analyst to join its UK Data & Analytics team, initially focusing on the UK market but ready to support other regions when required. You will champion AI-enabled reporting, develop KPIs, and analyse leasing and occupancy performance to guide asset management and operations toward improved NOI and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have Power BI, SQL, Python, and data-lake/warehouse experience, plus strong

Qualifications

Proficient in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service and Workspaces, Power Query, DAX, data modelling.
Proficient in SQL and Python; experience of Databricks is a plus.
Effective at using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in analytics work, including how to prompt effectively to generate reliable code where needed.
Able to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, to prepare and explain data and analytics for team members.

Responsibilities

Supports the Data & Analytics team by developing consistent, accurate KPIs and reports for relevant stakeholders, using AI-assisted tools to speed up build, testing and QA.
Supports the UK Operational Management Team across a range of financial and data analysis activities.
Supports reporting requirements to meet internal and external needs, including leasing reporting to track occupancy and trends and identify rental-growth opportunities.
Helps resolve issues relating to operational policies and performance by gathering data and reports for leadership.
Acts as regional SME for AI, driving adoption of AI tools and products and building simple AI-powered solutions.
