Job summary

Project Start Recruitment Solutions seeks an experienced M&E Project Manager to join its Contracts team in London, delivering M&E projects across the UK. You will manage from enquiry through design to handover, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving programme, budget and quality targets.

The ideal candidate has proven M&E project management experience, strong HVAC&R design knowledge, and a proactive, client-facing approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in M&E / HVAC&R Project Management.
• Experience in HVAC&R design and delivery.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical building services.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of project financials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Ability to work independently and with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple M&E projects from enquiry to handover.
• Take full responsibility for project delivery incl. programmes, budgets and contractuals.
• Define project scope, activities, and programmes.
• Develop and monitor project programmes to ensure timely delivery.
• Attend and lead pre-start, progress and project meetings.
• Provide updates on progress, commercial performance and issues.
• Identify risks and implement solutions.
