Job summary

The role is hands-on, requiring strong technical HVAC knowledge, commercial awareness, and proven experience managing customers, subcontractors and installation teams.

• 5+ years' HVAC Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC installation projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, costs and variations.
• Liaise with customers, consultants and contractors.
• Oversee quality, H&S, commissioning and project handover.
• Produce project reports, documentation and Gantt charts.
