Job summary

Trident Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee HVAC-R installation projects in the UK, from design through to commissioning and handover.

This hands-on role requires strong technical HVAC knowledge, commercial awareness and proven experience managing customers, subcontractors and installation teams across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC Project Management experience.
• Strong technical background in HVAC / HVAC-R / M&E / Building Services.
• Previous experience as an HVAC Engineer, Installer, Service Engineer or similar.
• Experience managing subcontractors and technical teams.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Good commercial awareness and experience managing variations/costs.
• Knowledge of UK construction, safety and HVAC standards.
• Competent with MS Office; MS Project/AutoCAD/BIM experience advantageous.
• Relevant HVAC qualifications/technical certification.
• Full UK driving licence and willing to travel/stay away when required.
