Job summary

PRS in Dartford and London & Home Counties is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead end-to-end M&E projects from enquiry through to completion. You will oversee boiler room and plant upgrades, VRV/VRF replacements, and general mechanical installations for commercial environments, coordinating procurement, subcontractors, and in-house engineers.

You will manage budgets, monitor costs and margins, ensure CDM compliance, and maintain client relationships, while delivering

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical project management experience.
• Strong HVAC/MEPS knowledge and technical competence.
• Experience delivering projects from £120K to £2M.
• Experience managing in-house engineers/fitters.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take projects from enquiry and site survey through to completion.
• Produce accurate project estimates including pipework, materials and labour.
• Manage procurement and subcontractors.
• Lead and manage in-house team of fitters/engineers.
• Monitor project costs, margins and financial performance.
